1 Services Overview

Liberty Insulation KY provides residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to:

• Attic insulation
• Crawlspace insulation
• Spray foam insulation
• Air sealing
• Insulation removal
• Commercial insulation services

All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and a final on-site evaluation.

2 Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are free and non-binding unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Pricing is based on information provided and/or on-site inspection.
• Final pricing may change if project conditions differ from the initial assessment.
• Estimates do not guarantee availability or scheduling until confirmed.

3 Scheduling & Access

• Customers must provide safe, reasonable access to work areas (attics, crawlspaces, mechanical rooms, etc.).
• Appointment windows are approximate and may shift due to weather, safety, or prior job delays.
• Missed appointments without notice may result in rescheduling delays.

4 Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate project details
• Disclose known hazards (mold, pests, asbestos, structural issues, electrical concerns, etc.)
• Protect or remove personal items near work areas
• Keep pets and occupants away from active work zones

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by undisclosed conditions.

5 Work Conditions & Limitations

• Insulation performance depends on structure, ventilation, moisture conditions, and building usage.
• We do not guarantee specific energy savings or utility bill reductions.
• Existing mold, pest issues, or structural repairs are not included unless stated in writing.

6 Payments

• Payment terms will be provided on your estimate and/or invoice.
• Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Non-payment may result in collection actions as permitted by Kentucky law.

7 Cancellations & Changes

• Customers may request changes or cancellations prior to service start.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may cause rescheduling delays.
• Material-based jobs (including spray foam) may incur prep/restocking costs when applicable.

8 Warranties & Guarantees

• Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials used.
• Any labor warranty (if offered) will be provided in writing.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, alterations by others, or acts of nature.

10 Website & Communications

• Submitting a form does not create a service contract.
• We may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your request.
• Message/data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
